Construction details:

• 7 gauge formed and rolled steel rails

• punched and formed stake pockets

• 4 inch cross members on 16 inch centers (12 inch for dump applications)

• 4 inch channel longitudinal sills ( 6 inch for dump applications)

• 43 or 49 inch formed header board with stamped window

• 2x6 fir tongue and grove treated decking

• ICC bumper

• all FMVSS-108 required lights and mud flaps

• painted gloss black or white

Pricing example $2,950.00 for our 12ft standard bed installed.

Stake Side

We will build you stake sides for any brand of flatbed. The one shown had no pockets so we welded in new pockets and added a rub rail.

We also install tool boxes, material racks, load winches, tarps etc.
